“Mallard House was perfect for a little family getaway.. It’s been updated recently and was super clean. Best part of the weekend was relaxing and watching the water through the wall of windows in the sunroom with morning coffee. Kitchen is stocked with the basics and the owners were kind enough to leave some microwave popcorn. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were stocked with soap. Shampoo & conditioner. Their regular coffee maker had recently broken but there is a kuerig. Plenty of games &...

“Host provided extremely fast responses to any questions that were had. Property is exactly as advertised, with a great location. Directions were easy to follow. Air conditioning kept the space nice and cold during an 85-degree day. ”

“Had a wedding nearby and decided to make a small weekend getaway of it. Sweet Cane Inn looked appealing so I was able to book a room. Charming house and the owners are great people. Enjoyed a glass of wine and fresh baked cookies on the large front porch before we left for the wedding. One of the real treats was the home cooked breakfast served in the morning, all prepared by the innkeeper Cindy. She does an amazing job. Highly recommend this great Inn for your next getaway.”
